北海道大学病院口腔内科ではコンピュータ支援手術（CAS：computer-assisted surgery）を活用し，術前シミュレーションに基づいた患者専用手術支援器具（PSI：patient-specific instruments）の設計および製作を行っている．院内完結型PSIを使用し下顎区域切除および遊離腓骨再建術を行った患者について再建精度の定量的検討をCT3次元データを用いて術前シミュレーションデータと比較・解析することで精度や偏位を定量化した1例の症例報告です。
