In the Graduate School of Dental Medicine, the most advanced dental researchers are trained in the Basic Oral Science Course, and clinical physicians are equipped with problem-solving ability in the Clinical Oral Science Course. In addition to intensive lectures, online classes are available. Students can study while continuing work such as dental care or at a company laboratory.
For foreign exchange students whose number has been increasing in recent years, Hokkaido University provides support in various ways, including daily living support in Sapporo City, and language training at Japanese language schools. Moreover, fellowship systems such as the EXEX Doctoral Fellowship and Next Generation AI Doctoral Fellowship have been established for both Japanese nationals and foreigners.
